Submission Terms and Release

By submitting any photographs, videos, text, likenesses, social media handles, or other materials to Summer Fun Fashion, you represent and warrant that: (1) You are at least 18 years of age. (2) You are the creator or owner of the materials submitted, or you have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to submit them. (3) Any person visible or identifiable in the submitted materials has granted permission for their image and likeness to be used as described here. (4) The materials do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights. (5) The materials are not defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or misleading. You grant Summer Fun Fashion and its producers, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, sponsors, licensees, distributors, successors, designees, and assigns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, promote, advertise, and otherwise exploit the submitted materials, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed, in connection with the television program, website, social media channels, digital content, promotional materials, and related commercial or editorial purposes. You further grant permission to use your name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements in connection with the submitted materials and related promotion. You understand: submission is voluntary; submission does not guarantee review, feature, compensation, broadcast, or publication; Summer Fun Fashion has no obligation to use any submission; submitted materials may be edited, cropped, modified, or combined with other content. You release and hold harmless Summer Fun Fashion and related parties from claims arising from use consistent with these terms.
